Returns
We want you to love your Show Turtle purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.
30-Day Return Window You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
How to Initiate a Return Contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 5–10 business days with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items Customized or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Defective or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us before sending anything back — do not ship the item without hearing from us first. Reach out through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a description (and photo if possible) of the issue. We’ll arrange the return and cover all associated shipping costs, then make it right.
Exchanges We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or design, return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
Refunds & Disputes
Refunds Refunds are issued to the original payment method following a completed return. Please see the Returns section above for eligibility and process. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your returned item.
Something Wrong With Your Order? If there’s a problem with your order — wrong item, damaged goods, or anything else — please reach out to us through our Contact page before taking any other action. We genuinely want to fix it, and contacting us directly is almost always the fastest path to a resolution.
Disputes & Chargebacks If you’re unsatisfied with a resolution we’ve offered, you have the right to dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer. However, we ask that you contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly without involving your financial institution, and we’re committed to making things right.
If a formal dispute is filed, we will respond with all relevant order and communication records as part of the review process.
Cancellations
Because our products are made to order, orders are sent to fulfillment quickly after being placed. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us through our Contact page as soon as possible with your order number.
We’ll do our best to stop the order before production begins, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment partner. If production has already started, the order cannot be cancelled — but if there’s an issue with your order, please see the Returns section above for options.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only.
Promotions
Discount Codes Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied after an order is placed. One discount code may be used per order; codes cannot be combined or stacked. Codes are valid only through their stated expiration date and have no cash value. Show Turtle reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions at any time.
Sales & Limited-Time Offers Sale prices apply only during the stated promotional period and cannot be applied to previous orders.
Contests & Giveaways Terms and conditions for any contests or giveaways will be posted at the time of the promotion.
